Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments, booking payments & cancellations
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A 50% non refundable booking payment is required where stated to secure your appointment. If the required payment is not received within 48 hours, the appointment may be automatically released.
Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or changes within 72 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment value. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be charged at 100% of the treatment value.
Any booking payment already made will be taken into account when calculating the applicable cancellation charge.
Appointments are subject to the booking and cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.
2. Late arrivals & consultation forms
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Arriving late may mean your treatment needs to be shortened. Where you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, it may not be possible or appropriate to proceed and the applicable cancellation charge may apply.
Required consultation and consent forms should be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. An appointment may be cancelled where required forms have not been completed.
3. Treatment suitability & results
Your skin health and safety come first.
Advanced treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. You are responsible for providing accurate information about relevant medical conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures and anything else requested during consultation.
Please inform Skin by Rachel Studio if this information changes.
Rachel reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where she considers this appropriate for your skin health or safety.
Every skin is individual and specific results cannot be guaranteed. Treatment outcomes may depend on consistency, appropriate homecare and following the professional pre- and post-treatment advice provided.
4. Courses & treatment programmes
Treatment courses and programmes are designed to be followed within the recommended timeframe wherever possible.
Course appointments are personal to the client and cannot be transferred to another person unless expressly agreed.
Where individual course terms, expiry periods or treatment schedules are specified when purchasing, these form part of your agreement.
Missed or late-cancelled course appointments may be treated in accordance with the standard cancellation policy.
