Is parking available at the studio?
Yes. Complimentary parking is avaible on the driveway or there is plenty of on street parking.
I'm a new client where should i start?
New skin clients are encouraged to begin with a Skin Consultation. This allows me to understand your skin, current routine and concerns before creating a personalised treatment and homecare plan.
Do I need a consultation before advanced treatments?
Some advanced treatments require consultation and suitability assessment before booking. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, start with a Skin Consultation and I’ll guide you.
What should I do before my appointment?
Preparation varies depending on your treatment. Any specific pre-treatment guidance will be provided before your appointment. Please let me know about any changes to your health, medication or skin before treatment.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Ideally with clean make-up free skin. Wear comfy clothes, even pjs if you prefer.
What is your cancellation and deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments. Please refer to the booking terms for full cancellation and rescheduling information.
